AREA MANAGER – PALAWAN AREA
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must process at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration , Retail Management, or any related field
• Male or Female, not more than 45 years old
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales and/or business management
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market per area/territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Analyzes sales statistics, customer responses and general sales trends as bases for the development of the business plans and sales strategies
• Ensures the attainment of sales targets or quota as well as growth of our last year’s performance
• Initiates and coordinates development of promotional strategies to pe*****te new markets
• Assists in the development and implementation of sales, management and marketing plans as directed by senior management
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Store Supervisors and Sales Personnel
• Conducts sales review meetings with team and prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective optimization of sales and profitability
• Provides positive reinforcement of the Store Supervisors and Sales Personnel’s contributions and accomplishments through an effective reward and recognition system
• Recruits, tests, trains and hires Sales Personnel of concession and owned stores based on criteria agreed upon by senior management

QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, or a related field.
• Female
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• With A solid understanding of HR principles.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word.
• Maintaining confidentiality of personnel records and sensitive information
• Understanding and adhering to employment laws and regulations is essential.
• Ability to handle disciplinary issues, manage performance, and contribute to training and development programs.
• Willing to do fieldwork if necessary, especially when the company has an event.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews and make job offers.
• Address employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters.
• Provide guidance and support to employee on HR policies and programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes, settings goals, and providing feedback to employees.
• Maintaining accurate and secure employee records, including personal information, attendance and performance evaluations.
• Performing administrative tasks related to HR, such as processing paperwork and managing data.
• Contributing to the development of HR strategies and aligning them with overall organization goals
• Collaborating with management to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying informed about changes and updating company policies accordingly.
