PizzAdobo Multiverse

Adobo is a simple and hearty Filipino dish. In this version, chicken is marinated in vinegar and soy sauce, then slowly cooked with garlic and spices. Usually it is served over steamed white rice but to give more twist and uniqueness to the dish we will use Adobo as a pizza toppings. We all know that Pizza is very popular in many countries. Also in the Philippines that’s why we have our own version of it named “PizzAdobo Multiverse”. Adobo being a common staple viand in the country we thought of having it as topping to our pizza with 4 kinds and variety of delicious flavors which is Traditional Adobo, Spicy Adobo, White Sauce Adobo and Sizzling Adobo.
