A Reflection on Hope and Resurrection this Easter Sunday 🌅✝️
“He is not here; He is risen.”
— Matthew 28:6
This Easter Sunday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center rejoices in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Today is a celebration of hope fulfilled. From silence to joy, from sorrow to victory, the resurrection reminds us that God’s promises endure and His love brings new life.
His rising is more than a moment in history. It is a living message that even in our darkest days, light will prevail. That no struggle is without meaning, and no hardship is without the possibility of renewal.
In our own lives, we face challenges, uncertainties, and moments that test our strength. Yet Easter reminds us to move forward with faith. To rise with courage. To believe that new beginnings are always possible.
In every act of kindness, in every step forward, and in every effort to serve others, may we carry the hope that comes from His victory.
May this Easter Sunday fill our hearts with renewed faith, strengthen our spirit, and inspire us to continue serving with compassion, purpose, and joy.

A Reflection on Sacrifice this Good Friday 🙏✝️
“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might live for what is right.”
— 1 Peter 2:24
On this Good Friday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center joins in solemn remembrance of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
In silence and reflection, we remember His suffering, His humility, and His boundless love. Through the cross, He offered Himself completely, bearing pain with mercy and responding to suffering with forgiveness.
This sacred day calls us to reflect not only on His sacrifice, but on how we live our own lives. In every act of compassion, in every moment of patience, and in every quiet sacrifice for others, we echo His love.
As we continue in our daily work and service, may we be reminded that even the smallest acts done with love carry great value. May we serve not only with skill, but with compassion rooted in faith.
May His example guide us to serve with sincerity, to endure with faith, and to remain steadfast in doing what is right.
May we carry His love in our hearts today and always.

🌸 PABATID | Women’s Month 2026 🌸
Isang matagumpay at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ang isinagawa nitong March 23, 2026 sa Rizal Medical Center sa pamamagitan ng programang
“Babaylan sa Ngayon: Women’s Forum and Wellness Activity.”
Sa pangunguna ng Rank and File Employees Association (RAFEMA) katuwang ang Gender and Development Committee, nagkaisa ang ating mga kawani upang ipagdiwang ang lakas, kakayahan, at kahalagahan ng kababaihan sa ating institusyon.
💆‍♀️ Wellness / Pampering Activity
Nagbigay ng pagkakataon sa ating mga empleyado na magpahinga at alagaan ang sarili bilang pagkilala sa kanilang dedikasyon at serbisyo.
📚 Lay Forum on Women’s Rights
Tinalakay ang mahahalagang batas na nagtataguyod sa kapakanan ng kababaihan:
• Magna Carta of Women (R.A. 9710)
• Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (R.A. 9262)
• Safe Spaces Act (R.A. 11313)
