- 1 month latest payslips
- Latest COE
- Latest Proof of billing
- Company ID back and front copy
- 1 primary govt ID back and front with 3 specimen sign

FOR SELF EMPLOYED

- 2 yrs ITR with Audited Financial Statement
- Latest DTI
- Latest Business Permit
- 6 mos bank statement/ 6 mos bank cert
- Front face of credit card
- 2 month credit card SOA
- 3 names of Clients & 3 names of Suppliers
