📌Job Description:

✔️Develops and Administers Human Resource programs and policies including staffing, employee relations, training, and Health & Safety of employees.
✔️Provides advice, guidance and direction to employees, supervisors and administrators on a wide range of Labor Relations and collective bargaining matters.
✔️Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
✔️Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

📌Qualifications:

✔️Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
✔️Relevant experience in an HR role for at least 1 year.
✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️Strong moral and ethical code.
✔️Skill Required: Payroll Compensation and Benefits and Timekeeping
✔️Must be knowledgeable of SSS, HDMF, PHIC benefits keep himself abreast of now policies
✔️Amenable in Office based and WFH set up.
