Responsible for coordinating the sales retention programs designed to win back, reward, and retain existing agents in the network

Up-sell or cross-sell existing products and services to travel agents located in assigned sales territories

Ensure healthy transactions derived from assigned agents in the territory of assignment

Deliver and meet the business and service level needs of existing customers

Provide continuous product update and training to ensure system familiarization of all handled agents

Assist handled agents on their inquiries, complaints and requests

Occasionally conduct market intelligence on competitors’ activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques

Prepares daily/weekly reports
