✨ 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗿𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

Abie turned a childhood dream of teaching into a career spent helping others grow. As Associate Director of Production Operations and Head of Talent & Learning for the IQVIA Asia Pacific's Manila Hub, she leads programs that strengthen capability, confidence, and career growth across the organization.

She built the Manila Hub Academy and launched leadership and skills programs that supported growth from 200 to 2,500 employees, developing 500+ leaders while keeping attrition below 15%.

She also introduced frameworks that clarified career progression and strengthened specialist capabilities, turning development into a long-term system for readiness, mobility, and stronger leadership bench strength. Her work helped create a culture where people grow and help others grow.

That same purpose shapes her service through Tahanan ng Pagmamahal, where learning and compassion come together to help leaders grow with empathy, generosity, and a deeper commitment to uplifting others.
