To extend the shelf life of your cheesecake, wrap any leftover with plastic film (cling wrap) and cover with aluminium foil. Store inside the freezer. Shelf life can extend for six weeks from the best before date written on the box. To thaw, just place it inside the refrigerator overnight or remove from freezer and let it stand for at least 30 minutes before serving.
