Hiring: Site Supervisor (1) Junior Architect (1)
Job description
• Lead a Project from start to finish
• Primary on Design and Management of drawings and documentation
• Complete construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Must have knowledge in 3d Rendering
• Liaise and meet with Clients and Building Management
• Inspect Projects from time to time
• Supervise and guide workers whenever on-site
• Punchlist Projects to Completion
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Paranaque City
Salary: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mondays-Saturday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay,13th month salary, Performance bonus (when project is completed on time or ahead of time)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
