With pride and deep respect, BFP Pandan Fire Station duty personnel, under the direct supervision of SFO1 Rex B. Saucelo, Officer-in-Charge, joined the commemoration of the 84th Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor) on April 9, 2026, held at the Veterans Monument in Brgy. Libod, Pandan, Catanduanes. The ceremony was led by Hon. Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II.

Together with representatives from various government agencies and sectors of the community, we stood in unity to honor the extraordinary courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of our Filipino veterans—true heroes who gave their all for the freedom we enjoy today.

May their legacy continue to inspire us to serve with integrity, courage, and unwavering dedication. In remembering their valor, we renew our commitment to protect, serve, and uphold the peace and liberty they fought so hard to achieve.

BFP Pandan Fire Station duty personnel, under the direct supervision of SFO1 Rex B Saucelo, Officer-in-Charge, participated in the visitation of various tourist spots in Pandan in coordination with the Pandan Municipal Police Station (MPS), Pandan Coast Guard, and Pandan MDRRMO.

The activity aimed to ensure the safety and security of tourists, especially during peak travel periods, by conducting area inspections, assessing potential hazards, and strengthening inter-agency coordination. Personnel rendered public assistance, provided fire safety reminders, and disseminated information on emergency preparedness and response. The team also checked the accessibility of emergency routes and the readiness of available safety equipment within the vicinity.

This collaborative effort highlights the commitment of all concerned agencies to maintain a safe, secure, and disaster-resilient environment for both residents and visitors in the Municipality of Pandan.
