UPDATE: Score validation is now complete. All scores submitted on or before Sunday, August 29, midnight local PHT were counted and all legit players who were in the cutoff at midnight have been rewarded with carrots. All cheaters have been blocked and banned.

Thank you for your patience as it takes a very long time to go through millions of lines of logs and database entries.

As a reminder, we are still in open beta testing, and so hiccups like these should be expected. There are many parties involved in making RA work from our merchants to our cashout partners, and sometimes we fail. We are only human. The important thing is that we are learning and remain dedicated in our collective efforts to improve the platform.

We have learned a lot of lessons this week and will be implementing new methods to block these cheater bots in the coming weeks.

Hi everyone! Just a quick update on some recent changes, in response to your requests and feedback.

Starting today, we will only allow 1 device per leaderboard. Users may still use multiple devices and join in multiple leaderboards, but only 1 active game session is allowed per leaderboard.

For example, if a player in the Free Play tournament, asks a friend to log in on another device to team up and help them increase their score in one tournament, the scores submitted from the 2nd device will not be counted since the original device still has the primary active tournament session. The original player must close his/her leaderboard game on his/her device first to transfer the active session to the 2nd device.

A player may still join and play multiple leaderboards from their primary device, but if he, or she enlists the help of friends on other devices to help them compete in other leaderboards simultaneously, then each friend on each additional device should only focus on 1 leaderboard at a time to maximize the benefit.

REMINDER:
Please always close a game completely so it is not in your recent apps. This is especially true since the same game may sometimes be used in other leaderboards. Closing the game completely and re-launching it from the RA leaderboards is the best way to ensure your scores are counted and submitted to the proper leaderboard.
