𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞⁣⁣⁣⁣
The Social Media Specialist responsible for managing and executing social media activities for assigned accounts. This role requires someone who can work with real deadlines, coordinate with team members, and take ownership of tasks. The position values initiative, logical thinking, and sound decision-making. Hands on experience managing real social media accounts is a strong advantage, although applicants with training or certifications only may still be considered.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬⁣⁣⁣⁣
• Manage assigned client social media accounts from audit to ex*****on
• Conduct social media audits to assess current performance and gaps
• Perform market, audience, and competitor research
• Develop and execute social media action plans based on insights and goals
• Plan content calendars aligned with client objectives and timelines
• Coordinate with clients regarding content, feedback, and approvals
• Collaborate with internal team members for smooth ex*****on
• Monitor engagement, trends, and platform updates
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports with insights
• Recommend improvements based on data and performance findings
• Manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines effectively

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 / 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (agency or client-based preferred)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
• Experience with social media audits, analytics, and performance evaluation
• Ability to conduct market and competitor research
• Capable of translating data and insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Demonstrates logical thinking and sound decision-making
• Comfortable working independently and with a team

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Ability to work night shift aligned with US business hours. Start and end times may vary depending on client requirements and operational needs.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH per week) and must have own equipment for remote work
• Reliable internet connection for work-from-home days
