Generation -Z Bible Study
18/09/2025
Had a powerful Bible study tonight focused on the "POINT" of our faith! We dug into Isaiah 1:14-17 ♥️🤍
We learned that the real victory comes when we humble ourselves, point to our own shortcomings, and then let God use our skills and talents for His glory. Ultimately, IT’S ABOUT POINTING EVERYTHING BACK TO HIM. ☝🏻🔥

A Night of Refreshment and Renewed Purpose
What a powerful and refreshing night it was! We are so incredibly grateful for God's word, which continues to fill our hearts and souls with healing and a fervent eagerness to work for Him.
The Good Samaritan: Who is Our Neighbor?
Tonight, we delved into the profound message of Luke 10:25-37, the parable of the Good Samaritan. This powerful story reminds us of three figures we must strive not to be:
•The Robber (Satan): Just as the robber stripped the man of everything, John 10:10 tells us, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." Satan's aim is to steal our joy, peace, and connection with God.
•The Priest (Someone who knows the truth): The priest in the parable passed by, despite knowing the law. This reminds us of Matthew 23:15: "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a child of hell as you are." Knowing the truth isn't enough; we must act on it with compassion.
•The Levite (Leaders/active in church): Like the priest, the Levite, who was active in temple service, also chose to ignore the wounded man. This calls to mind Matthew 10:32: "Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven." Our actions must align with our profession of faith, especially when others are in
need.
Instead, we are called to be like the Samaritan, who represents Jesus Himself. Just as God demonstrates boundless compassion, so must we. Our neighbors are truly those around us who desperately need to hear God's word and have been wounded by Satan's lies.
Let's live out this powerful message and be Samaritans to those in need!
