身為19世紀第四大咖啡出口國的菲律賓，擁有許多古老品種，Tybica Arabica,近代種植以Catimor Arabica為主，而Robusta,Liberica散落在這片土地上，因價格便宜非經濟規模種植，我們山上Robusta與Liberica多在斜坡地野生，並不在易耕種區種植。
今天試烘Liberica賴比瑞亞，初試以淺焙，測試口感沒有一般所言苦味、木質調、金屬味。熱帶水果風菠蘿蜜、黑巧克力，這差點被遺忘的品種，嚐嚐還不錯
