The Marching Lagubo Band Community wholeheartedly extends its warm, meaningful, and blessed birthday greetings to our Father of the City of Panabo, the honorable City Mayor Hon. Jose E. Relampagos. 🎉

On this special day, we celebrate not only your birthday, but also a leader who continues to play the right melody of service, compassion, and honest leadership. Just like music that brings life and unity, your leadership serves as guidance and strength for every Panaboan. Through your clear vision and firm principles, our city continues to progress and remain united.

Honorable Mayor Jose E. Relampagos, you are an inspiration not only to fellow leaders but especially to the youth and to cultural and community groups like ours. You show that a true leader knows how to listen to the rhythm of the people, understand their needs, and act with integrity and compassion. Because of your example, the youth are more actively engaged in the arts, discipline, and service to the community.

Dear Members of the Marching Lagubo Band,

There are only two days left—our much-awaited Intramurals 2025 is just around the corner! The big question now is: Are we ready to make some noise and showcase our talents? I believe in each of you, and I’m confident that our performance will be one of the highlights of the event. Let’s make it unforgettable!

I encourage everyone to watch the anticipated performance this coming Wednesday. If you want to see us before the grand program starts, there will be a motorcade along the streets to give everyone a sneak peek of what’s to come. It’s going to be an exciting day, and I wouldn’t want you to miss it!

Let’s show our school what we’re made of and make this Intramurals a success. I’m proud of all the effort you’ve put in, and I know we’re going to shine together.
