RESET YOURSELF: MANAGING STRESS THROUGH MEDITATION AND RELEASING LIMITATIONS

Tina Suelto, Darlene Suelto, and Zai Chan are Sunya Representatives for the Philippines and facilitators of Access Bars. They conducted a workshop on managing stress and releasing limitations through meditation and Access consciousness. The students and leaders of Panabo City Senior High School participated in the activity on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

The co-hosts of the meditation session were Ma'am Neng Suelto, chairman of Access Possibilities Consulting Inc. and Mr. Josh Diaz, CEO of Abunda Diaz. The Sunyatee and Access Bars Practitioners generously extended their service to the students and leaders of PCSHS as part of their mission to promote the people's mental and spiritual wellbeing.
