VOICES

𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

This morning, the energy shifted from reform to action as the VOICES 2nd General Assembly transitioned into its second phase: the election of new officers for A.Y. 2026–2027.

The selection process was thorough and transparent, beginning with platform presentations by the two competing parties: VOX POPULI and the Beat Party. This was followed by an intensive interview screening moderated by VOICES President Ms. Jean Ferlyn Pacabis, a context-based questioning session led by Vice President Mr. Allan O. Lagrama Jr., and an open forum moderated by Ms. Mary Jane Vistro.

The day concluded with the casting and tallying of votes, followed by the official announcement of the newly elected VOICES officers by the organization’s adviser, Prof. Rothelia Maria G. Ugsad.

𝗟𝗥𝗖 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚— The Vital Organization of Intellectual Communicators and Eloquent Speakers (VOICES) conducted its 2nd General Assembly, marked by transparency and organizational reform, April 28, 2026.

The morning session centered on accountability and transparency, with the presentation of the Accomplishment Report by the VOICES President, Ms. Jean Ferlyn Pacabis and Financial Report by the VOICES Treasurer, Mr. Kenneth G. Festijo. The assembly also highlighted the ratification of CBL Amendments by the VOICES Vice President, Mr. Allan O. Lagrama Jr., including a new push for members to foster collaborative leadership.
