The Promise of Peace

We were so blessed to have Ptr. Anthony & Nicy Porter visit our church and encourage our hearts with God’s Word.

Peace is God’s gift to us, but how do we truly experience it?
✅ Prayer (Phil. 4:6-7)
✅ Meditation on what is true and good (Phil. 4:8-9)
✅ Contentment in every situation (Phil. 4:11-12)
✅ Trust the Christ in you (Phil. 4:13)
✅ Remember His promises (Phil. 4:19)

Many Christians miss peace because we forget God’s promises, focus on the wrong things, or don’t know how to tap into it. But Jesus reminds us:

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you… Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” – John 14:27

We also praise God for the new souls who accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior, and for those who were renewed through prayer and in this service. Truly, God’s Word was living and timely. In a world full of discouragement, trials, and anxiety, His peace remains our anchor. 🙏🙏🙏
