ATM | The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Regional Office - VIII, under the leadership of JSSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, is currently conducting Management Conference for the 2nd Quarter CY 2026, at the Main Conference Room, BJMP Regional Office, Brgy. Guindapunan, Palo, Leyte.

The conference gathers the Regional Command Group, Division Chiefs, Heads of Support Offices, Provincial Jail Administrators, Jail Wardens, and other key officials to assess the Jail Bureau’s accomplishments for the second quarter, discuss operational updates, address emerging concerns, and strengthen strategies toward the effective implementation of programs and services.

It also serves as a platform to reinforce accountability, collaboration, and excellence in public service as BJMP Region VIII continues to uphold its commitment to responsive, professional, and people-centered jail management.
