To aid problems caused by aquaculture operations, a technology called Zeolite-silica Nanocomposite (ZNC), which can be used as soil and water conditioner for aquaculture, was developed. It is funded by DOST-PCAARRD and implemented by CLSU.

Did you know that strawberry is not actually a berry?

Botanically, strawberry is an aggregate accessory fruit that develops from a flower with more than one o***y. In the fruit’s outer surface are the yellow seeds called the achene. This makes strawberry different from true berries.

True berries develop from a flower with one o***y. These simple fruits usually have more than one seed. Examples of true berries are grapes, blueberries, and bananas. Yes, bananas are berries. 😉🍌
