Credibility and Reliability

Insurance business is anchored always on credibility and reliability.

Credibility and reliability are manifested when you don't do the usual prospecting but people call you and you still surpass your quota.

They are felt when subsidiaries of giant insurance companies come to you for their insurance needs and when officers of insurance companies buy their insurance from you.

These twin traits are present when people choose you as their intermediary over giant insurance brokers. But most importantly, the best test for these is when the senior insurance people listen to you.
