Revisiting one of our first projects outside Iloilo. Inspired by the gardens of Italy and the Parisian dining landscape of France, ROSÉ FRANZ Bacolod City highlights a refreshing jolt of European ambiance in a repurposed 257 sq.m residential building located at 21st Lacson Street, Bacolod City.
