After the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Uwan, we witnessed the true spirit of bayanihan in Olongapo City through the courage and kindness of our responders and volunteers. They risked their lives to rescue the stranded, clear the road, and help rebuild communities. Despite exhaustion and danger, they continued to serve with compassion and dedication.

To all our heroes — the rescuers, health workers, uniformed personnel, barangays and volunteers — we extend our deepest thanks. Your bravery brought hope in the midst of hardship and reminded us that unity and care for one another can overcome any storm.
