Australia Farm Innovations, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Professional Electrical Engineer (P*E) to join our growing engineering team, delivering high-value infrastructure and building projects.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering;
Registered PRC Professional Electrical Engineer (P*E);
Minimum 5+ years experience in Electrical Engineering Design;
Experience in Engineering Consulting and Project Management (advantage);
Proficiency in relevant Electrical Engineering software/tools;
Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and industry standards;
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English);
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

📦 Positions Available:

🔹 Warehouse Manager : We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to take charge of our warehouse operations! If you’re passionate about efficiency, safety, and teamwork — and not afraid to roll up your sleeves — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and daily warehouse operations
✅ Manage inventory accuracy, stock handling, and ERP documentation
✅ Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff for top performance
✅ Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and process efficiency
✅ Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective operations

Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 5 years warehouse experience (2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role)
✔ Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory, and ERP systems
✔ Hands-on leadership style — leads by example
✔ Physically fit, safety-driven, and detail-oriented
✔ With solid understanding and practical experience in 5S and warehouse organization principles.

🔹 Warehouseman: You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and organized handling of goods — from receiving and storage to picking and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials
✅ Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch according to orders
✅ Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and documentation of stock
✅ Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety using 5S principles
✅ Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
✅ Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in daily operations

Qualifications:
✔ Experience in warehouse operations preferred
✔ Knowledge in 5S, inventory handling, binning, and stock rotation is an advantage
✔ Familiarity with warehouse tools/equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
✔ Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
✔ Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
✔ With solid understanding and practical experience in 5S and warehouse organization principles.
