🚀 Calling All IECEP Chapters - The 2026 IECEP National Ambassadorship Program 🚀

The 2026 IECEP National Ambassadorship Program is now open for nominations! This is your chance to highlight the leaders and advocates in your Chapter—those who truly embody the values of a True Electronics Engineer.

IProgram Rationale
The IECEP National Ambassadorship Program is established to:
• Promote pride and professional identity among Electronics Engineers and students
• Strengthen ECE Awareness and Career Pathways Advocacy nationwide
• Develop a structured leadership and advocacy pipeline
• Institutionalize ethical, service-oriented, excellence-driven representation
This program aligns with the mandate of the Electronics Engineering profession under Republic Act No. 9292 and the core values of IECEP.

Program Objectives
1. Designate official Chapter Ambassadors who embody the ideals of a true Electronics Engineer.
2. Institutionalize measurable advocacy and professional engagement.
3. Recognize sustained commitment through a progressive ranking system.
4. Encourage long-term service beyond one-year recognition.
5. Broaden leadership participation across IECEP Chapters.

Each Chapter may nominate:
🎓 1 Student Ambassador
👔 1 Professional Ambassador

Endorsement Letter signed by Chapter Governor and VG for Education
CV (max 3 pages)
Personal Statement (500 words) – “What It Means to Embody a True Electronics Engineer”

The Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IECEP) is officially opening applications for the position of Executive Director (ED), as formally established under Board Resolution BR-2026-18.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to serve as the chief administrative and operational officer of the IECEP Secretariat. If you are a management professional ready to oversee the day-to-day administration of a world-class organization, we want to hear from you!

Are You the Right Fit? 💼

Education: Graduate of a four-year course in Business Management or its equivalent.

Experience: Demonstrated managerial competence in both conceptual and human relations aspects.

Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to represent the Institute at high professional levels.

Character: Must possess good moral character and professional bearing.

Key Responsibilities 📋

Personnel & Office Management: Supervise Secretariat staff and ensure efficient delivery of services to local and foreign chapters.

Fiscal Oversight: Manage the annual office budget and provide monthly financial reports.

Government Compliance: Ensure the Institute meets all regulatory requirements from the SEC, PRC, and other agencies.

Strategic Support: Attend Board meetings and implement the Institute's approved plans and policies.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Monthly Salary: Php 35,000.00 to Php 50,000.00 (commensurate with qualifications).

Benefits: Full government-mandated benefits.
