Paano mag-file ng retirement/separation at insurance claim sa GSIS Touch?

Kapag updated na ang Member Service Profile (MSP) mo:
1. Hintayin ang notification mula sa GSIS na pwede ka na mag-file ng iyong claim gamit ang GSIS Touch.
2. Kapag nakatanggap ka na ng notification through SMS and email, buksan ang app.
3. Pumunta sa Claims Module.
4. Pumili ng preferred Claim Type (Retirement or Life).
5. Pindutin ang “See Tentative Computation.”
6. Pumili ng claim options based sa iyong eligibility.
7. I-accept ang Tentative Computation at i-confirm ang Personal Data Information.
8. I-upload ang notarized Declaration of Pendency/Non-Pendency of Case (DPNPNC).
9. Gawin ang Facial Authentication.
10. Hintayin ang approval ng Agency Authorized Officer (AAO)/Head of Agency.
11. Hintayin ang notifications sa app, SMS, o email.

Bago natin salubungin ang himig ng Pasko, tara na’t mag-APIR para ang pension hindi mag-disappear!
