We celebrate a momentous milestone at Carmen Central Elementary School as we honor our young achievers during their 76th Graduation Ceremony.

We are deeply honored to have Dr. Noraida S. Akmad, RPh, as our Guest Speaker. Her inspiring words remind our graduates that with discipline and dedication, they can achieve any goal they set their sights on.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished visitors for joining us in this celebration. Ma'am Lenie G. Forro, Education Program Supervisor in Science, supportive Public Schools District Supervisor Sir Delvin B. Fabrero, Sir Cliff Mark S.
