𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬

To strengthen camaraderie, the SAS-SSC conducted a team-building activity during the SAS Summit 2026 to empower not only the student leaders’ skills but also the bonds among the officers of the three organizations.

The activity encouraged the leaders to work together effectively and efficiently. Through creativity and teamwork, everyone shared in the triumph of building lasting memories that will enrich their student leadership journey.

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 | 𝐒𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On the 2nd day of the SAS Summit 2026, student leaders' empowerment continued through a meaningful plenary session and collaborative experience.

The participants gained valuable insights from the third plenary session led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞, “Synergistic Collaboration: Working Across Organizations through Shared Leadership,” which emphasized the value of unity and cooperation among student leaders.

The session was followed by a re-echo session of the participants sent from various events outside the university. Hon. Remmie Joy Baluna shared her experiences and insights from the Cross-Cultural Immersion, while Hon. Julianne Kate Cañega presented her key takeaways from Kulay Pacsa 2025 and the PAPSAS 3rd Regional Student Leadership Summit and Conference.

The afternoon was filled with energy as participants engaged in team-building activities, strengthening camaraderie and unity among the three organizations. The day concluded with synthesis and reflection, recognizing collective growth, and an awarding ceremony celebrating active participation and excellence.

Finally, the SAS Summit 2026 has come to an end, but the lessons, experiences, and memories gained will empower student leaders to empower others.

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 | 𝐒𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Several student leaders across the three organizations under the School of Arts and Sciences, namely, the Junior Business Executive Circle (JBEC), Student Economic Circle (SEC), and Communication Arts Guild (CAG), participated in the first day of the SAS Summit 2026 at the BiPSU Hyflex Audio and Visual Center on March 30.

The event was filled with plenary sessions conducted by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨, who discussed a topic titled 'Strategic Leadership in Action: Accountability, Ethics, and Decision Making in Student Organizations' during the morning session. Moreover, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 also shared a talk about 'Strong Relationships in Leadership'. Meanwhile, in the afternoon, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥 shared his topic, 'Action-Oriented Planning: Turning Goals into Proposals, Plans, and Meeting Outputs,’

Following the sessions, the three organizations also presented their accomplishment reports and received valuable feedback from Mr. Arcenal to strengthen their initiatives.

Truly, the first day was filled with knowledge, camaraderie, and practicality.
