ACCP JLC joined PICMMA medical mission in Capaz, Tarlac last July 9 by giving school supplies, food, dental hygiene kit and pre-loved clothes. We have served almost 140 kids.

To God be all the glory!

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:
For New Students
Step 1: Submission of enrollment requirements:
Nursery:
*Photocopy of Birth Certificate
*4 years old
Kinder:
* Photocopy of Birth Certificate
* 5 years old
Grade 1:
*Photocopy of Birth Certificate
* ECCD
Transferees / Balik Aral:
* Photocopy of Birth Certificate
* SF9 (School Report Card)

Step 2: Fill out the Enrollment Form at the Admin Office
Step 3: Proceed to the Accounting / Cashier for the payment
Step 4: Fill out the online registration form to be sent to the students/parents after Step 3.

For Old Students – Follow Step 2 to 4 (updating of records)

The school is open Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Per appointment on Saturday
