The Saint Michael College of Caraga Family mourns the passing of 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨 𝐌. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐚, a dedicated and committed Junior High School teacher who faithfully served our Institution since November 2016.

For nearly a decade, Sir Beniga generously shared his time, talent, and expertise in the field of Mathematics. He was known for his kindness and patience in dealing with students, and his steady support to his colleagues and the school. His presence in the classroom and in the faculty room brought warmth, guidance, and inspiration to many.

We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the bereaved family of Sir Octavio. In this time of grief, we stand with them in prayer and solidarity, grateful for the gift of his life and the legacy of service he leaves behind in our community.

As one Michaelinian family, let us remember Sir Octavio in our prayers and honor him by continuing the work of forming students with the same dedication and compassion he showed throughout his years in SMCC.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
