🌸 Empowering Women, Building a Stronger Community: Lutac ES Opens Women’s Month Celebration 🌸

The opening of the Women’s Month Celebration was successfully held today at Lutac Elementary School, led by our School Head, Mrs. Luz Divina V. Alguno.

The celebration of Women’s Month is observed nationwide every March to recognize and honor the valuable contributions of women in nation-building. It serves as a reminder of the importance of promoting gender equality, empowering women and girls, and upholding respect for women’s rights in the community and society.

This activity aims to strengthen awareness of the significant roles of women in our homes, schools, and communities, and to inspire the younger generation to value and respect women as partners in development.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mrs. Joan T. Gimenez, Barangay Lutac Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Person, for generously sharing her knowledge and insights on the importance of valuing women and empowering them in our community. Her talk helped our learners and teachers better understand the role of women and the need to continue supporting programs that uplift and protect their rights.

Through this celebration, we continue to promote a community that respects, supports, and uplifts women.

We are pleased to present the new set of Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) officers of Lutac Elementary School for School Year 2026–2027. Congratulations to our newly elected student leaders! May you serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication as you represent your fellow learners and help promote a positive school environment.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our SELG officers for this school year for a job well done in fulfilling your responsibilities as young leaders of our school. Your service, initiative, and commitment have truly made a difference in our student community.

Special thanks and appreciation are extended to the students who actively participated in the election, especially those who courageously ran for their desired positions but were not chosen this time. Your willingness to lead and serve is already a sign of great leadership potential. Continue to shine and inspire others!

Our sincere gratitude also goes to our dear teachers headed by Mrs. Luz Divina V. Alguno, and most especially to our SELG Adviser, Ma’am Shierdy Torreon, for their guidance, dedication, and support in nurturing student leaders and ensuring the success of this important school activity.
