𝐀𝐝 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐮𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚!

Following the recently conducted research orientation for Basic Education and Senior High School teachers, the Research Development and Publication Center (RDPC) has conducted another research orientation for the Non-teaching Personnel on November 17, 2023, at 8:00 AM at the College AVR.

Representatives from different ACN offices attended the said orientation. Dr. Maedel Joy Ventura-Escote, the school's research director, enriched the staff with the pivotal role of research in teaching and its significant contribution to finding solutions to perrenial issues within their respective offices and improving quality services to clientele.

Along with Dr. Escote were her associates: Mr. Verjil Bagatao, who delved into the different sections of the research monograph and exemplified it through the recently published study of Dr. Illyet R. Silva entitled "Knowledge in Disaster Management and Its Influence on Perceived Risk and Perceived Preparedness Among the College Students of Assumption College of Nabunturan."

Recently, the RDPC has consolidated and collated the data from the study entitled "Clientele's Satisfaction Relative to the Operational Services of the Offices of Assumption College of Nabunturan: Basis for Continues Quality Improvement" conducted this year. Thus, Mr. Bagatao presented the preliminary results of the survey. On the other hand, Mr. Louelle Andre Canoy unraveled the aspects of the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition in-text citation and referencing format.

This RDPC initiative was dedicated to intensifying the skills and the research culture of the teaching and non-teaching force of ACN—producing quality research output and assessing the need for improvement within the institution in providing quality service to its clientele.

[From Inception to Reality]

The Research Development and Publication Center proudly presents the following students with their respective research published in the school-based Senior High School Journal of Asssumption College of Nabunturan, Volume 2, Issue 1, for the academic year 2022-2023.

The Senior High School Research Journal is the official senior high school journal of ACN and is published annually. This year's issue is a compendium of nine research from different academic disciplines: three from STEM Medical, three from STEM Engineering, two from ABM, and one from HUMSS. This academic writing collection was made possible by the guidance of the following experts and research advisers: Maedel Joy V. Escote, Ph. D. (STEM Medical), Engr. Anjie L. Cabahug, MATRe. MEd., (STEM Engineering), Felinita III R. Doronio, MA, MES, (ABM), and John Baldwin D. Shagol, LPT (HUMSS).
