The 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 – 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐒𝐔-𝐒𝐂) 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. This year has been a testament to the collective dedication, perseverance, and excellence of our officers, members, faculty, alumni, and partners who have continuously supported our mission of service and leadership in civil engineering.

Throughout the academic year, the organization successfully conducted 𝟭𝟳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, actively engaged in 𝟯 𝗼𝗳𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and welcomed 𝟯𝟬 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 into our growing community. These achievements reflect not only the commitment of our officers and members but also the invaluable guidance of our mentors and the steadfast support of the Office of Student Affairs.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty and Advisers, whose mentorship and encouragement have been the cornerstone of our success. Our appreciation also goes to the College of Engineering and the Office of Student Affairs, whose trust and approval have enabled us to pursue meaningful initiatives. To our supportive alumni and generous partners, your generosity and inspiration have strengthened our programs and reminded us of the enduring values of civil engineering and student leadership. Most importantly, we thank our student members, whose active participation and dedication remain the lifeblood of our organization.

As we close this chapter and prepare to welcome another academic year, we reaffirm our commitment to building not only structures but also a stronger foundation of leadership, service, and excellence. With God’s guidance and the unwavering support of our community, PICE CLSU-SC will continue to uphold its vision and mission, striving to inspire future civil engineers and leaders.

HAPPENING NOW | Another milestone unfolds today at Central Luzon State University as students showcase their hard work, knowledge, and dedication to the field. The 2nd Research Colloquium is now in full swing, bringing together Civil Engineering students as they present studies in Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, and Water Resources Engineering.
