UPDATE | On Mid-Year Graduation Activities

The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs has just sent a Memorandum Order on the Mid-Year Graduation Activities moments after our initial advisory.

The final schedule of Mid-Year Graduation Activities is as follows:

I. TEA PARTY AND RECOGNITION PROGRAM 28 February 2023
Venue: Graduation Site
Time: 2:00 PM

II. ECUMENICAL BACCALAUREATE SERVICE 02 March 2023
Venue: Graduation Site
Assembly Area: In front of the University Auditorium
Assembly Time: 7:45 AM
Procession: 8:00 AM
Service: 8:30 AM

III. 32ND MID-YEAR COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES 03 March 2023
Venue: Graduation Site
Assembly Area of Faculty Members: CLSU MPG
Procession: 6:00 AM

It is stated that all faculty members are hereby directed to attend the different graduation–related activities. Additionally, in order not to disrupt the scheduled classes, faculty members have been reminded to utilize their Google classrooms for continuous learning.

This update will supersede the previous advisory on the Mid-year Graduation Activities posted minutes ago. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Still, the USSC advises all block representatives to coordinate with their professors/instructors.
