Tax Associates Nerissa M. Bulagsak and Daisy B. Malaca attended the seminar entitled Mastering Corporate Income Tax and Value-Added Tax (VAT) held at the PICPA Building in Mandaluyong City on June 25, 2026, as part of the Firm's personnel development program. The seminar was facilitated by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and was conducted by Mr. John Paulo Garcia, Senior Manager of Tax Advisory and Compliance at P&A Grant Thornton.

In observance of Independence Day and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1274, s. 2026, declaring June 12, 2026 (Friday) a regular holiday, work in all our offices will be suspended on the said date.

Regular office operations will resume on June 15, 2026 (Monday).
