Tuna Empanada

FOR THE DOUGH
1 Cup Flour
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter or margarine (hard)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup very cold water (adjust as needed)
pinch of salt

For the fillings:
1 Can tuna
1/3 Cup Cabbage (minced or grated)
1/4 Cup Carrots ( small dice)
1 small Onion ( chopped)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Egg (hard boiled)
Knorr Seasoning
Pepper
Salt
