The session officially commenced at 9:00 A.M. with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, the recitation of the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, and an opening prayer. Ten members were present, constituting a quorum for the conduct of official business.

A resolution requesting the DPWH to install appropriate road safety signages along identified accident-prone intersections in Molave was also approved.

Various barangay development concerns and ongoing projects were also presented, including requests for the prioritization of a covered court and the completion of utility requirements for the barangayโs โ3-in-1โ health facility. The 44th Regular Session/4th Mobile Session was adjourned at exactly 12:35 in the afternoon following the closing prayer.

With all members present, the body proceeded to approve the order of business and the minutes of the previous session without revisions. While no proposed ordinances or resolutions were introduced, several barangay ordinances and communications were referred to appropriate committees, including measures on VAWC Desk establishment and supplemental budgeting. A request from the Municipal Mayor regarding the presentation of Rural Bank of Rizal was likewise noted for inclusion in the next session.
During the Privilege Hour, discussions centered on DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-060, emphasizing the role and accreditation of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Local Special Bodies. The body also tackled peace and order concerns, particularly reports involving alleged illegal drug activities and their possible link to certain public utility drivers. Members expressed the need for careful, lawful, and coordinated actions, including the exploration of measures to ensure public safety. Updates on ongoing anti-drug efforts, infrastructure concerns such as drainage alignment along the national highway, and coordination with concerned offices were also addressed.
The Committee on Appropriation and Finance presented its report on the March 2026 financial statements, which was duly noted and filed. Under the Calendar of Business, two key ordinances were approved on second reading: one supporting programs and benefits for senior citizens through the OSCA, and another providing incentives and assistance for persons with disabilities through the PDAO and MCPC funds.
Other matters included the accommodation of a resident seeking financial assistance, where members voluntarily extended support, and observations regarding office conditions within the municipal building.
