Some races are won with speed. Others are won with pure determination.
Before the start of Siglo Ultra 100KM Season 2, we were honestly worried about Crisanto Dimaano Jr. He had no personal logistics team to support him throughout the race, a challenge that can make an already brutal 100 kilometer journey even harder.
But while everyone else was worrying, Cris was busy proving that determination needs no entourage.
In every race photo, every “pitik,” there he was, smiling. No signs of struggle, no signs of surrender. Just a runner embracing every kilometer with confidence and heart.
And when the dust settled, Cris finished strong:
32nd out of 73 in the Gender Category
49th out of 109 Overall
Congratulations, Crisanto Dimaano Jr.! Your Siglo Ultra 100KM finish is more than a result, it’s a reminder that a positive attitude and unwavering determination can carry you farther than anyone imagines. We are proud of you! 🫡
