Last night's community roving was conducted by our DECA Patrollers, in coordination with the Barangay Saluysoy Tanod, our Security Officer, and the dedicated volunteer team, headed by Sir Olrac Azero.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated and continues to give their time and effort to help keep our neighborhood safe. Your commitment and teamwork are truly appreciated.

First Meeting of the Newly Elected Grievance Committee of DECA Homes
A productive start as the newly elected Grievance Committee held its first official meeting together with our HOA President, Karding, and Sir Olrac Azero.
The meeting focused on strengthening teamwork, discussing the committee's roles and responsibilities, and reaffirming our commitment to addressing community concerns with fairness, transparency, and integrity.

JOINT MEETING (Barangay, CENRO, 8990 Developer, Deca Homes HOA) | June 30, 2026
Today, June 30, 2026, the Sangguniang Barangay of Saluysoy, led by PB Arnaldo R. Velasco, held a joint meeting with CENRO, headed by Engr. Ricardo Sta. Ana, the 8990 Developer, and the Deca Homes Homeowners Association headed by Pres. Crish John Joaquin, VP Lai Bautista, together with Sec Nino and Treasurer Joselito Alcazar to discuss the issues and appropriate measures regarding waste management within the Deca Homes Subdivision.
The meeting aimed to strengthen coordination among all stakeholders and develop concrete solutions to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and health of the entire community.
