FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

PCCM Admission List of Qualified Applicants for Enrollment A.Y. 2026-2027

Congratulations to all qualified applicants!
Please see the attached list.

Kindly prepare the following original and photocopy of requirements for enrollment:

A. Medical Certificate and Chest X-ray
B. PSA Birth Certificate
C. Grade 12 Report Card/TOR and Transfer Credentials (for transferees)
D. Certificate of Good Moral
E. One (1) short brown envelope

Note:
Please follow the PCCM Registrar’s Office enrollment procedures and schedule. Failure to enroll on the scheduled date may result in the forfeiture of your slot.
