Create an original poster with a slogan based on the theme:
“Youth Leads the Way, Safer Road Start Today.”

Your entry must be hand-drawn or painted on A3 size illustration board using crayons, watercolor, oil pastel, markers, or similar art materials. Digital printouts are not allowed.

Write your name, address, and contact number at the back of your artwork.
Submit your entry on or before May 20, 2026 at the City Health Office.
