If your name is there,, you may now claim your plate in our office. Jus bring the requirements needed upon claiming😊

➡️ your valid ID and copy of your OR/CR upon claiming for reference.

➡️If proxy, bring authorization letter and photocopy of valid ID with signature of the registered owner and valid ID of authorized receiver.

Please note that these motorcycles' date of registration is only for

🔴APRIL 2018
🔴MAY 2018
