Yesterday, June 2, 2026, a total of 18 beneficiaries from Milagros officially received their fully-equipped Mobile Negokarts during a turnover ceremony at the Milagros Coliseum.
To ensure they are completely ready to do business, each beneficiary received a full livelihood package including a gas stove, strainer, tong, jug, and spatula.
This initiative is part of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), made possible through the strong partnership of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Local Government Unit of Milagros, led by Hon. Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon and facilitated by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
These mobile carts and tools will serve as a vital source of income, helping our local vendors build a more stable and secure future for their families.

During todayβs flag-raising ceremony at the Municipal Hall of Milagros, Mayor Natividad Isabel Revil-Magbalon expressed her gratitude to everyone who participated in and contributed to the celebration of the Pagdangan Festival 2026. An on-the-spot awarding ceremony was also held to recognize offices and employees who made significant contributions to the events conducted for the 160th Founding Anniversary of Milagros.
