Last June 6, 2026, the staff and youth volunteers of FPOP Masbate had the opportunity to join the Filminera Mine Tour at the Masbate Gold Project.

The tour provided participants with a firsthand look at mining operations, safety protocols, environmental management practices, and community development initiatives implemented by Filminera. It was a valuable learning experience that deepened our understanding of responsible mining and the role of industry partnerships in community development.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Filminera and the Masbate Gold Project Team for welcoming us and providing an insightful and educational tour experience.

Medical Mission with Filminera 💙

Last May 23, 2026, a Medical Mission was successfully conducted in partnership with Filminera at Brgy. Amoroy, Aroroy, Masbate.

The activity provided essential health services including medical consultation, ultrasound, HIV screening and counseling, services for Women of Reproductive Age (WRA), and Random Blood Sugar (RBS) monitoring.

Through continued partnerships and community outreach, we remain committed to bringing accessible and quality healthcare services closer to the people. ✨
