𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 means paghihiwalay ng basura ayon sa uri upang mas madali itong i-recycle, i-compost, o itapon nang tama. Mahalaga ito para mabawasan ang basura sa dumpsite, maiwasan ang pagbaha, at maprotektahan ang kalikasan. 🌱♻️

1. Maghanda ng Hiwalay na Lalagyan
Magkaroon ng 3–4 na basurahan sa bahay o barangay:

1️⃣ Biodegradable (Nabubulok)

* Tirang pagkain
* Balat ng prutas at gulay
* Dahon at damo
👉 Pwede itong gawing compost para sa gulayan.

2️⃣ Recyclable (Pwedeng i-recycle)

* Plastic bottles
* Lata
* Karton at papel
* Garapon
👉 Pwede itong ibenta sa junkshop o dalhin sa MRF.

3️⃣ Residual Waste (Hindi na mare-recycle)

* Sachets
* Styrofoam
* Diaper
* Candy wrappers
👉 Ito ang dadalhin sa final disposal facility.

4️⃣ Special Waste (Delikado)

* Baterya
* Bumbilya
* Electronics
* Syringe
👉 Kailangang hiwalay ang collection.

2. Linisin ang Recyclables

Bago itapon o ibenta:

* Hugasan ang bote at lata
* Patuyuin para hindi mangamoy

3. Bawasan ang Basura

* Gumamit ng eco bag
* Iwasan ang single-use plastic
* Mag-reuse ng bote at lalagyan

4. Sundin ang Collection Schedule

* Ilabas ang basura ayon sa araw ng koleksyon ng barangay/municipality.
