sa Lunes, Nobyembre 10, sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, pati na rin ang lahat ng ahensya at opisina ng gobyerno sa Lalawigan ng Bataan, maliban sa mga ahensyang direktang tumutulong at nagpapatupad ng mga emergency operations sa Lalawigan sa panahon ng kalamidad.

Ito po ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.

Ayon sa 24-hr rainfall forecast ng PAGASA, ang ating Lalawigan ay nasa ilalim ng Orange Rainfall Warning bukas ng hapon, hanggang sa Lunes ng hapon dulot ng bagyong ; at sa kasalukuyan ay nasa ilalim tayo ng TCWS No. 1.

Bilang paghahanda sa bagyo, pinapayuhan po natin ang ating mga kababayan na makiisa sa Pre-emptive Evacuation sa inyong lugar upang maiwasan ang kapahamakan.

Pinapayuhan din po ang lahat na lumikas sa mas mataas na lugar kung kayo ay nasa mga flood-prone na lugar, at iwasan ang paglalayag habang may bagyo.

UWAN FURTHER INTENSIFIES WHILE MOVING WEST NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE SEA EAST OF EASTERN VISAYAS.

The center of Typhoon UWAN was estimated based on all available data at 985 km East of Eastern Visayas (12.4°N, 133.7°E)

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials.

Kasama sa drill ang iba't ibang ahensya ng gawain at mga paaralan upang masig**o ang kahandaan at kalamanan ng bawat Pilipino.
