2023 will begin with the launch of a new project called L Residence. A new beginning for Mr. & Mrs. Lim, our cherished clients.

Family time is probably one of the best traits that we have as Filipinos, giving time to enjoy and watch a movie or netflix series gives joy to us.

Again, this is an example on how the client and the architect meets, the personality of the homeowners shows in every part of the house.

A little bit of a back story, those speakers are very special to the patriach of the house and it found a perfect place here at the family area.

L I V I N' L A R G E

A solid grand entrace upon setting foot inside the house. What we observed when the guests arrived is their faces in awe, and their chins upwards as they were caught in the beauty of the chandelier.

S-fold velvet drapes goes along with the sectional sofa. Christmas ornaments made the staircase granduer.

The architect opted to use Ricad panels to have a bit of accent on the walls instead of wallpapers and a big shout out to our dear client, they know how to put pieces together 😉.
