𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫 | 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬

The College of Social Sciences and Humanities proudly celebrates 𝐉𝐮𝐧-𝐍𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫 from the Department of Psychology and Related Services for being recognized in the 𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀. This national search, organized by the 𝗞𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗟 (𝗞𝗢𝗥), honors students who show excellence in their studies, leadership in their communities, and the same spirit of service that Dr. Jose Rizal once lived by.

After passing the local screening and completing the national evaluation, he earned a place in the Top 15 and later advanced to the Top 10 during the final screening held at the 𝟲𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 in the historic city of 𝗩𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿, from 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

His achievement is more than an award as it brings pride and inspiration to the entire CSSH community, reminding us of what commitment and perseverance can achieve.

𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐅 𝐖𝐈𝐒𝐃𝐎𝐌 | 𝐒𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐉𝐔𝐋 𝐇𝐈𝐊𝐌𝐀𝐇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐙 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖

The 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐊𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐎), in collaboration with the 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, successfully held the Sirajul Hikmah 2025 Islamic Quiz Show on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, at the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐈𝐂𝐂) carrying the theme “𝙄𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙒𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢”. The event gathered 41 participating teams from different MSU-Main Campus colleges and outside institutions, all eager to showcase their knowledge, teamwork, and understanding of Islamic values and teachings.

More than just a test of knowledge, the event served as a celebration of wisdom, faith, and unity offering participants an avenue to deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings while strengthening camaraderie among diverse academic communities. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and mutual respect as teams competed in a series of challenging rounds that highlighted not only their academic proficiency but also their spiritual insight and teamwork.

After an intense and inspiring competition, the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐄𝐃) emerged as the 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧, followed by the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐒𝐒𝐇) as 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐔𝐩, and once again, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐄𝐃) securing the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐔𝐩 title.

Representing CSSH were the outstanding participants 𝐌𝐨𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐄. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐚, a 4th-year student from the Department of Psychology and Related Services; 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐦 𝐋. 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫, a 2nd-year student from the Department of History; and 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐇. 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠, a 3rd-year student from the Department of Political Studies. Their dedication and commendable performance reflected the college’s unwavering pursuit of excellence and its commitment to nurturing intellectual and moral growth.

This event stood as a meaningful reminder that the light of wisdom continues to shine brightest in the hearts of those who seek knowledge guided by faith.
