About the Role
As a Marketplace Inventory & Demand Planner, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your job is to turn data into smart, strategic decisions that keep our inventory flowing and customers happy.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Analyze Sales Data: Spot trends and reorder high-demand, high-profit items across Amazon and Walmart.
✅ Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels to avoid running out or overstocking.
✅ Calculate Profit Margins: Evaluate product costs, marketplace fees, and sales metrics.
✅ Adjust Pricing: Optimize pricing based on competition and performance.
✅ Improve Turnover: Identify and move slow-moving stock to free up cash flow.
✅ Draft Purchase Orders: Use forecast data and lead times to prepare POs for review.

Who We’re Looking For:

✨ Google Sheets Pro: You live and breathe formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and more.
✨ Marketplace Know-How: Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace? Huge plus.
✨ Data-Driven Thinker: You don’t just see numbers—you tell stories and make decisions with them.
✨ Business-Savvy: You understand the connection between pricing, inventory, and cash flow.
✨ Problem Solver: You’re resourceful, proactive, and always look for solutions before asking.
✨ Detail-Oriented: Mistakes cost money—you catch them before they do.
✨ Strong Communicator: You’re comfortable using Gmail, Google Chat, and Loom to explain insights and flag risks.
✨ Empathetic to Customers: You understand that every product matters to people, like Mark in Colorado, and remember that inventory isn’t just numbers; it’s impact.

Bonus Points For:
Experience in retail analytics or wholesale replenishment
Background in remote work with minimal supervision

Details You Need to Know:

🕒 Hours:
Part-time to start (20–25 hours/week)
High performers may be offered full-time positions.
Availability required between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday

💵 Compensation: $4–$5 per hour
