This is JOEY MAGPANTAY my neighbor friend and his Mother NELIA PASAGUI MAGPANTAY , They are both taking Hypertension and Diabetic Maintenance, I check their BP and Blood Sugar this morning....

Joeys Blood Sugar is not quite high FBS =112mg/dl but still it needs to be ranging at 100-110mg/dl only, Yesterdays Blood sugar of Joey at the health Center is RBS=266mg/dl this is very high,it should be around 130-140mg/dl for Random Blood Sugar(RBS) , His BP is 140/90 also high..

Nanay's Blood Sugar is FBS=235mg/dl ,very High, and her BP is 150/90

I promised Them I will provide their Maintenance medicine and Vitamins for free on a regular basis, and check their Blood Pressure...

Anyone of you near here in his place ,just go directly to them to extend your support and help, You can also drop a message to me , to provide help and support for them, I will go back here and document it in a vlog...

I want my services to be free and available to the masses especially the Poor Individuals, Check their Blood Pressure,Blood Sugar and Educating them of the Basic Health, This will help them Aware and to Prevent Common Diseases and illnesses , Cause i Believe Prevention is still the Best Cure, And the best place to do this is on the Community level, right at every doorsteps and homes...
